Step 1: Online Coaching Foundation
(6 Weeks)
This is the onboarding phase of my online coaching service, and is required for all new clients.Over six weeks, we build your training properly from the ground up while you learn how my systems work and establish a clear baseline of where you’re currently at.

This option is for people who want ongoing coaching, accountability, and feedback. I continue working closely with you to adjust your training, refine technique, and guide decision-making as your goals and circumstances evolve.Billing: $150/fortnight

Option B: Online Programming
This option is designed for experienced clients who are confident managing their own training and don’t require regular coaching input. Programming is delivered in structured training blocks, with reviews at the end of each block to plan what comes next.** This service does not include weekly check-ins and program updatesBilling: $80/fortnight
Face to Face Coaching
All face to face sessions are delivered out of 'Housed - Macquarie Park'.

In-person coaching is where I get hands-on, helping you refine your technique, and train with purpose. These sessions are tailored to your goals and are inclusive of programming between sessions.The sessions are run weekly to both keep you accountable and make sure your training is up to date and evolving with you.

Nope. I’ve coached clients using commercial gyms, home setups, and everything in between. I’ll design your program around what you have access to.
Online Coaching includes weekly check-ins, program updates, and ongoing coaching support. This service is ideal for someone new to online training or someone needing regular check ins for accountability.Online Programming has check ins at the end of each training block . This service is best if you're confident training solo and just want a solid program.
Your program is designed to be flexible—but it’s still up to you to get the work done.Part of my coaching is teaching you how to adapt your training during busy weeks so it still moves you forward. That might mean cutting volume, modifying intensity, or adjusting frequency.This is a long-term game, and your program accounts for real life. Learning how to stack the busy weeks with the good weeks is key for progress.Refunds won’t apply for missed sessions or weeks. You’re paying for the plan, coaching, and support. It’s up to you to make use of it.
Yes. Many clients start with 'Online Coaching' to learn the systems then shift to 'Online Programming' as they gain confidence. You can shift tiers anytime based on your needs.
Yes, all clients can send in their videos so I can review them and provide my expert analysis.
There are no lock-in contracts. All services are billed fortnightly and you’re free to cancel, pause, or change tiers when needed.Just give at least 72 hours' notice before your next billing cycle if you want to make a change.
